Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of TopGenZ ("the site"), operated by TopGenZ Community ("we", "us"). By submitting a claim or using the site, you agree to them.

1. What TopGenZ is

TopGenZ is a public leaderboard. Listings are ordered only by the total amount paid for that listing in the current calendar month (IST). A payment buys a visibility placement on the board. It is not a bet, wager, contest entry, donation or investment. There are no prizes, rewards or payouts of any kind.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 18 years old to submit a claim or make a payment.
• You may list only an Instagram account that you own and control. Listing anyone else, including with their permission, is not allowed.
• We verify ownership by asking you to place a reference code in your Instagram bio.

3. Bids and ranking

• The minimum payment is ₹10. Payments for the same Instagram handle add up within a calendar month.
• Rank is determined by total approved amount. Ties are ordered by who was first approved.
• The board resets at 00:00 IST on the first day of each month. A payment counts toward the month in which you submit its UTR, even if we approve it after the reset.
• Your display name, city and category are fixed by your first approved listing in a month.
• Listings appear only after manual review of the payment and profile. We aim to review within 2 hours between 9 am and 11 pm IST but do not guarantee a time.

4. Content rules

Listings must follow our Community rules. We may reject or remove any listing that breaks them, at our discretion. Removed listings are not refunded.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are made by UPI to the account shown at checkout. See our Refund policy. You are responsible for entering the correct amount, reference and UTR.

6. No guarantees

We don't guarantee any number of views, clicks, followers or other outcome from a listing. The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the claim arose.

7. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that your listing doesn't infringe anyone's rights. You'll indemnify us against claims arising from a listing you submitted in breach of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms, the minimum bid or how the board works. Changes apply from the date they're posted and don't affect approved payments in the current month.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Contact and grievances
